Elvis ships software at Microsoft by day and teaches young people to build by night. A Swarthmore College graduate whose studies included computer science, he leads AWI's NextGen Founders and AI for Growth Lab, programs with a shared refusal at their core: participants don't learn about innovation; they design, test, and pitch real solutions to problems they identify themselves. His measure of success is simple: not what participants can explain when a session ends, but what they have built.
